Lawrence General Celebrates Opening

A ribbon-cutting ceremony, on April 13th, celebrated Lawrence General Hospital’s new surgical center. Developed by E4H, the design concept of the newly opened Santagati Center focuses on safety, efficiency, and patient comfort. Seven new operating rooms expand the hospital’s capabilities, increasing by more than four times the old surgical space. The new 62,500SF center is also a showcase for the sophisticated technology required for complex surgeries. A hybrid operating room featuring specialized imaging and video capabilities can function as a minimally invasive procedure room while also adapting to a set up required for open surgical procedures.
