Jim Johnson Joins E4H as COO and Partner

As COO and Partner at E4H, Jim brings over 30 years of experience and a long track record of collaboration and leadership within the architectural industry. He has worked exclusively on healthcare projects for the past 25 years, including master planning, design, and implementation of more than 5.5 million square feet of space totaling nearly $3 billion. His focus is on advancing firmwide integration, serving clients through project management and elevating the architectural practice. He enjoys triathlons, obstacle course racing, hiking and is a foodie.

Johnson has an extensive resume of complex projects across the nation. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and enjoys maximizing efficiencies and driving team collaboration to achieve superior results for clients. As a former Director of Operations and Business Practice Leader, he has deep knowledge of operations and large team partnering on a national level.

Johnson earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Texas Tech University, where he also served as an instructor and guest lecturer. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Academy of Architecture for Health, Texas Society of Architects and the AIA Dallas Committee of Architecture for Health.

His clients have included Community Health Network, Methodist Health System, Baylor Health System, Texas Health Resources, McKesson Health, Children’s Health, and UT Southwestern among many others.
