Jaques Black, AIA, Partner, will be a speaker at the 24th International Health Promoting Hospitals and Health Services Conference at Yale University. He will be discussing “Healthy Environments for Autism,” highlighting the dynamic between the built environment – with its attributes of acoustics, visual character, spatial quality, color, texture, geometry etc. – and the behavior of individuals with Autism.

A case study of The Center for Autism and the Developing Brain (CADB) that Mr. Black designed for the New York-Presbyterian Hospital will emphasize how the design of the built environment can affect the behavior of persons with Autism.
